Terry Deary – Actually I’m A Corpse

This talk will include BSL interpretation.

Terry Deary, creator of Horrible Histories, has written for all ages, including the No. 1 Sunday Times bestseller A History of Britain in Ten Enemies. A lifelong fan of murder mysteries, his 350th book, Actually, I’m a Murderer, marks the start of the Actually Murders series.

Set in 1973, a train arrives in Sunderland carrying a strangled body – no identity, no witnesses, no clear leads. Determined to prove herself, newly promoted Sergeant Aline James takes on the baffling case. When her investigation stalls, she turns to two unlikely allies: a quiet assassin and a hapless actor. As the body count rises, can this unusual trio unravel the truth before it’s too late?

This event will include a reading from the book, followed by a talk with Terry Deary.
