Pen Power presents Better Feel with Books – a Bibliotherapy Workshop.
Literature has the power to help us express emotions, process feelings, and deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us.
In this workshop, published poet and certified Biblio/Poetry Therapy practitioner Dr Natalie Scott will guide you through gentle expressive writing activities designed to support emotional wellbeing.
You don’t need to consider yourself a writer to join, and there’s no pressure to share your words — though a safe, inclusive space will be available if you’d like to.
No experience needed — just bring yourself and a love of words.
