Workshop 2: Exploring Story Structure

What’s the best way to put together a short story? In this workshop, we’ll explore traditional story structure and then turn it on its head, experimenting with creative ways to write fiction.

Writer-in-residence Amy Lord leads a series of writing workshops designed to inspire writers and generate new story ideas, as well as help writers to learn new story writing techniques and develop their self-editing skills. These workshops will encourage participants to enter this year’s short story competition.

This event will take place at Seaton Carew Community Hub 2pm-4pm.
