Poetry Pick-Me-Ups with Caroline Walling

Creativity helps to combat negativity, maintain a healthy mind and grow communities. Inspired by William Sieghart’s Poetry Pharmacy we’ll start by exploring examples of poetry and prose to find inspirational messages of solace, hope, laughter or love. (You don’t even have to be a writer to take part). Caroline will then show you how to turn your chosen pieces into beautiful, little wordy packages of love and support. Keep it for yourself, give it to a loved one, or donate it to the Acts of Kindness box to spread some love (and literature) in your community. All materials provided.
